I thank all the hotel staff for their warm welcome! The executive suite was perfect for my short stay, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Despite a few small hiccups with the internet and reception, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Point Hotel Taksim in Istanbul.

Excellent Location and Outstanding Service

Everything was great, nevertheless we stayed for 7 nights only.

There were very good staff and rooms for an absolutely amazing stay at standard room. I ate at a good restaurant from a big Iftar meal in the restaurant. Plenty of facilities like: central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. I loved my staying here.

Point Hotel Taksim offers excellent service, with a special mention to manager Taner and breakfast operators Gizem and Kadir. the location is perfect, right by the airport shuttle stop, making it very convenient. Everything is easily accessible by foot, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable for a peaceful night's rest.

Occasional street noises persist.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, nevertheless everything was excellent. The staff was highly courteous and attentive, appreciated to deal with them all.

We loved this clean hotel with a welcoming lobby. The room was brand-new & non-smoking together with fast WiFi and terrace and twin beds.

The hotel is in a prime spot, super near Taksim square and Istiklal Street, plus the airport bus stop is right out front – mega convenient! Staff are top-notch, always smiling and helpful – shoutout to Qurbet and Abdulqader for their stellar service. The icing on the cake was getting a surprise upgrade to a fancier room, which was a total win! 🌟

All the facilities are clean, fairly clean hotel, its location is easy near to Taksim square. Highly courteous and cooperative staff team is depending on the staff member.

The hotel property was convenient with beautiful location short walk to food places, good shopping centres, Istanbul. The bonus was standard room decor and executive bar. They offered me tasty breakfast with nice view of Bosphorus in floor nine. Comfortable stay, perfect place for honeymoon.

The service was amazing, even so some people working there were very rude.

After 6 Bar is a great place to unwind after work, with its comfy atmosphere, modern design and relaxing music. The Tango recital was a fun way to destress. The stunning architecture and interior design of the hotel make it truly unique. The hotel's location is convenient for shopping, nightlife, and transportation. The View Point Restaurant offers delicious food with a breathtaking view.

I just loved everything so much that I couldn't find anything to complain about. Absolutely perfect!

Fantastic location! Right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport bus service, making it super easy to get to and from the hotel. the staff were absolutely fantastic, always with a smile on their face and willing to help.

There were a couple of downsides. the mattress in the rooms could use an upgrade as they were a bit too soft and uncomfortable.

Clean hotel, perfect location close to the main shopping area of Taksim, hearty breakfast. With early check-in and late check-out, this property was cozy.

from the warm reception to the spacious room and comfortable king-size bed, everything was top-notch. the breakfast on the 9th floor with a view of the river was a highlight, and the pool and sauna facilities were amazing. the staff, especially Ms. Gurbet, were professional and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the convenient location near Taksim Square and Istiklal street was a definite plus with many restaurants around the hotel.

the hotel's location is super convenient - just next to the airport bus pick up place, and right in the heart of taksim. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. they even went above and beyond to help with a lost phone situation - making a lot of effort to assist.

the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, providing a wide range of exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool was a tranquil escape from hectic Istanbul, while the sauna and massage services helped me relax after a long day sightseeing. the room advantages were wonderful, the private facilities provided were modern and clean, with great views. the bar/lounge area had great selections of both continental and halal food, and the buffet breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful. the hotel staff was attentive, friendly, and approachable, the service was top, notch.

The only minor issue I encountered was a lack of signage directing me to the public bath, which took me somewhat longer to find than I would have liked.

Beware of head lice, dated furnishings, and an uncomfortable mattress causing a bit of a backache. The water tap may leave your skin feeling dry.

I keep returning for my city breaks. The staff helped with evening plans initially. The amenities suit me perfectly - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, spa, flat-screen TV. It's a great choice with everything I need.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our trip. the lady from Housekeeping was exceptional - she even provided a wash sponge without us having to ask. the location is superb, making it easy to access public transport, local restaurants, and famous landmarks. the breakfast spread was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

One area for improvement could be expanding the menu options for the main course during meals. While the food was decent, having more variety would enhance the dining experience for guests.

My stay at Point was amazing. The view from my room was breathtaking. Even though on the first day the room service came to clean the room although the "do not disturb" sign was on, the issue was resolved and they even gave me a complimentary fruit basket and chocolate. I would recommend this hotel.

The room size was perfect and the staff, including Mr. Serbay and Mr. Kanana, went above and beyond to assist with special arrangements. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed at Point Hotel Taksim for a week with our three kids and had an incredible experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to public transportation. The staff, especially Gürbet at reception, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided us with valuable advice on places to visit, where to eat, and helped plan our transportation and tours. The housekeeper Songül was always friendly and made sure our room was clean and stocked with water. Kaan, the doorman, was incredibly helpful and arranged our car pickups and drop-offs. the staff was exceptional and made us feel at home. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and can't wait to visit again.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit, as it enjoys its close proximity to convention centers like Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition center. The meeting rooms were prepared in line with the priorities and requirements of the companies and guests, making it convenient for business travelers.

The hotel's location is excellent, just at the bus station to and from the airport. It is very close to the airport buses and conveniently located on the Havabus station. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Gurbet, in particular, was amazing. She was always checking in to see if we needed anything and was quick to help with arranging tours and providing recommendations. the entire reception team was also very helpful and assisted us in organizing our outings. On top of the excellent service, the hotel offers a fantastic view.

The lunch menu was a winner, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. The city's hustle and bustle was right at my doorstep, making exploring a breeze. And that spa area? Total relaxation. View Point Restaurant on the 9th floor: Every morning, I felt like royalty as I indulged in a fabulous breakfast spread while soaking in the breathtaking Bosphorus views. The friendly staff made me feel as if I were the only guest in the entire dining area. It was a perfect start to the day.

Elevator wait times.

The room was amazing, with stunning city views and a super comfortable king bed. I loved having the option to make my own tea, and the special toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. The TV had a great selection of channels, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Personally, I found the sound-insulated windows a bit too effective, as I love hearing the city sounds, but I know others might appreciate the peace and quiet.

The hotel's interior decoration was elegant and refined, with comfortable seating areas and easy-to-navigate spaces, making it accessible for senior people. The general areas were well-lit and exuded a cozy ambiance, perfect for leisurely moments.
